I had a look on this on twitter which is the source. Jarrah had been commenting claiming that it was a fake account and that he had personally spoken to Bart who had not recanted. Either a fake account or a hack probably. Isn't there still money to be made for those 2 :)

Maybe it's just that he has a need to follow some anti-establishment craze and he's decided Flat Eartherism is it now. Having lost interest in the moonlandings, he's decided not to let it draw his focus.
