My random posts have YouTube fame

This video runs through some particularly nutty conspiracy theories. One of them is that Saddam Hussein had a stargate, which was the real motivation for the 2003 invasion.

That's was my idea! I posted that on BABB at the time as a joke.

I've always felt that we should be careful with what we joke about because there's always someone out there that will take it seriously. ;)
It suddenly struck me that that tiny pea, pretty and blue, was the Earth.
I put up my thumb and shut one eye, and my thumb blotted out the planet Earth.
I didn't feel like a giant. I felt very, very small.

The infamous AWE130 got caught out with the joke 747 flying over Comet 67P picture the one taken by Rosetta. He posted a serious article on it, when I pointed out that it was a joke, he quickly pulled the article and claimed he knew it was a hoax from the start. Unfortunately his mistake was archived by me.  ::)
