Boy, I've seen some conspiracy theorists go down in flames, but this was  ridiculous.
Poor DAKDAK, I hope the guy gets some help, because, to be brutally honest, he needs it.
Alas, poor DAKDAK, I knew him, a man of infinite pest.

Shirley there must be a way to restore all DD's modified posts? Or at least a way to lock someone's account when they modify x posts within x minutes? And/or put a time restriction, say 5 minutes, on modifying different posts? Maybe when someone has been clearly identified as an Apollo hoaxer their account can be changed to prohibit them from modifying posts older than 1 or 2 hours?

Anyway, the hypocrisy of DD censoring his own posts all the while claiming the mass media is censoring the hoaxers will escape DD's attention.
Yup, there is.

From the SMF manual:
Quote
You set it in Admin > Forum > Posts and Topics> Post Settings

Maximum time after posting to allow edit? ____ minutes

OTOH, Dak's posts were quoted in many replies, so his duplicity is noted, as he cannot delete others posts.

Kudos to sts for reconstructing the OP.

By the way, DAKDAK's posts are still in Google's cache, which may be useful for recovery in some cases.

Quite the paradox, no?
If he had, he wouldn't be posting to begin with.
