NatGeo "American Genius"
« on: June 22, 2015, 06:02:39 PM »
Watching this piece right now, unfortunately seems to be a bit overdramatic, and glosses over a number of significant steps in getting to the Moon. Brief mention of Gemini, which was critical in learning to do a Moon mission. Their von Braun character was more "Eastwood" than rocket scientist.
...just a tad exasperated, but at least it is about the real missions.

If they mentioned project Mercury at all, I missed it.
