The spacecraft doesn't look like Mir or Skylab. The "stepped" shape almost looks like  a Zvezda ISS module except its the wrong colour.

I guess the object you are talking about is the elongated black spot just below the horizon to the left of the axis of the spacecraft? Are you thinking Black Knight?

If you're not a scientist but you think you've destroyed the foundation of a vast scientific edifice with 10 minutes of Googling, you might want to consider the possibility that you're wrong.

That's an Agena docking target from the Gemini series. You can see the nose of the Gemini spacecraft in the foreground.

The object? I don't know but they did release radar reflecting 'balloons' to practise (practice?) rendezvous on... however since this is an Agena mission, I wouldn't think it is that.

Haha no, I was talking about the space craft. The black spot doesnt show up in the NASA scan, so it must be an artifact made by copying with dust somewhere in the chain.

Or...
